If you want gyros and you want them yesterday, here's the "recipe"
1lb of ground venison
1.5tsp oregano
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
0.5tsp pepper
Throw it all in a pan and cook it up.
Chop zucchini squash, summer squash, onion, and bellpepper and saute in another pan.
Make hummus as follows
Cook 1lb of dry garbanzos in instant pot for 45 minutes on high pressure with 1 chopped onion, 1 head of garlic, and 2 tsp of salt. Drain and set aside.
Blend 1 cup tahini, 1 cup lemon juice until creamy
Add 1/4 cup olive oil and blend some more
Add 2tsp garlic powder and 3tsp cumin and blend some more
Slowly add beans and blend until hummussy.
Spread hummus on pita bread. Add seasoned meat and vegetables. Shove into face. Pass out on the couch watching old Bill Jordan Realtree VHS tapes.
