I bought a new Guidos web. Looking to get a lineman belt and rope tether. So from what I can find on here I need a rope, ropeman 1, and 2 caribiners for each. Is that correct? If so what rope and length do I need and brand\type of caribiners? Am I on the right track? This just seems like the simplest set up from what I've read. Thanks in advance for your help.

Samson predator rope, I would do at least 12 foot for each to make sure you have enough. You can always trim it if you want. Knots eat up rope quickly: http://www.wesspur.com/items/pr15.html
2 ropeman 1's: http://www.treestuff.com/store/catalog.asp?item=1971
I've used these biners, they work well with a ropeman: https://www.amazon.com/Omega-Pacifi...=1515436521&sr=8-4&keywords=omega+d+carabiner

Awesome! Thank you so much!

I use one carabiner for my tether and one for my lineman's belt and I use to rope man 1 one for my tether and one for the linesman belt . Wesspur should have samson predator rope in . I know that they didn't have it in before Christmas but I called them and they said it would be in after January 7.

Forgot to mention the linesman belt is tied off on one end using a figure 8. Unless you want to remove it and store it away.

I think I would want a biner on each end to be able to remove.
