Saddle recommendation: Talk me out of my irrational biases

To throw my $0.02 in, I have the XC and really love the thing. Admittedly I have not tried the majority of saddles out there, especially if they cost $300 +/-. But I have run the Latitude single panel (v1), the Tethrd ESS, and the H2 when they first came out. For the exception of the Latitude single panel, XC is in a different league compared to the other ones. To me there’s really no way to put it on and have it not feel comfortable. The Latitude single panel is a close second I think and I’m sure the v2 of this saddle would be just as nice if not more. But I really don’t think you will be unhappy with the XC, IMO.

I've only been in the saddle side of aerial hunting for one season, but purchased a used Overwatch based on the reputation of the company and fact that Jamie emailed me back personally when I posed a couple a questions. I've tested a Latitude Method II of a friend and have been mulling over an Ape Canyon Pioneer mesh as an early season option to my heavier Overwatch. Many SH members speak very highly of the Woood and I would love to try one out some day. Take out a loan, buy one of each and let us know what you think at the end of the '24 season.

I had 2 cruzr xc and loved them. I made the switch to rhe cruzr 2 panel and wont be going back.
