Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest.
Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade:

2. Click on Account upgrades
3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

It’s been hashed about here before. Some use them and some don’t. I think there’s some question in regards to their effectiveness on a saddle but don’t quote me on that. You can find the threads by searching the site probably.
I used to use one but quit because the additional length of the screamer plus the extra carabiner only extended my tether, which exaggerated the risk in a fall above the anchor point.
