Sit Drag without RCH

I sewed a " cover" for my sit drag. I sewed the sit drag to it, then across the top and down the sides I Sewed the tether strap from the sit drag. Reinforcing the loop stitching. That is my lineman loops which wraps around me then between that and the top of the sit drag I sewed a tactical belt with 24 kn buckle. Below the sit drag I sewed a continuous military webbing that I sewed loops in with a 5 in x stitching to make loops before sewing to cover. Those are my leg loops that have military grade buckles like the teherd.
I dont use the harness I use a double bridge one to the main tether from sit drag loops and then the lineman to the line man loops. All straps are continuous from side to side. I folded and sewed sit drag loops then to cut friction I wrapped that in military webbing then wrapped all that with gorilla tape. No friction between ropes or carabiner.
I hand stitchedIMG_20190719_074952_hdr.jpg Every thing before machine stitch. So everything has 4 lines of stitching holding it together. It made sewing with the machine so much easier and smoother.

I’ve got a second SD recently to double up. Can you explain what is going on with that bridge?

It's a double amsteel bridge sheathed in 1" tubular webbing. The webbing was a solution to the two bridges flopping around. It also slows down the bridge in the carabiner giving more control when moving to get the shot.
Basically did the usual locked brummel on one end then pulled the two bridges through the webbing then lock stitched the other end. To keep the sheath from sliding, I stitched down the middle of the webbing locking it in place.
Search "double amsteel bridge ".
