Sit Drag??

I don't see how it would be different up in the tree or with your feet on the ground. Modding doesn't really change much but make it easier to clip on to and sewing straps to it makes it a little more rigid which makes it a bit more comfortable. And a belt holds it on your hips so it stays on you while you're not leaning into it.

Swampnsnyper is right. None of the mods I've done will affect using it at ground level. It would actually make it work a little easier. The tether it comes with is not that great IMO.

The tether that it comes with should be cut off and thrown in the trash for anyone who plans to use this at height - IMO. It is not near the strength of the webbing we are used to depending on. I thought about using it for a belt and decided against it... at least for now. It's probably fine for that use, but I really don't trust that stuff to a season of wear and tear as an actual tether.

I've tried climBing that way . I can't figure out how to get my feet in and out without slamming the tree or having trouble being too close to tree.
You done a video of that technique?

Shaun.
