I wanna try their stuff, but their website makes it look like you're wearing a potato sack...
I agree with you, I don't care for EV2 or really the nat gear but between the two... natty all day. If I figure price point, I'm trusting its windproof, I'll have some natural in my collection but mid November. Honestly it'd be sooner but my birthday is early Nov and gifts are hard so I'll let Lady Horn get it :) hopefully

Have you tried the Sitka Midi pant? Those are pretty slick during those temps you mention. It's like an active ware. I wear them with gaiters so pretty much my thighs are the only parts not wind proof.

Another vote for Scentlok Revenant here. I have Kuiu Axis and they are also warm but kind of noisy in my estimation. If you are in an area without burrs I would certainly consider Kuiu Proximity.

I wear the same thing, cheap Wrangler pants all season and layer underneath with Kuiu zip off merino base layers, and then if I’m in a tree it’s the Stratus jacket and bibs over all of it, I like the system and think it can’t be beat for how I operate, I’m also not a huge fan of the camo pattern it looks blue to me, but I honestly don’t care too much about camo colors so it is what it is, I vote for rock what you already have!

The wintercepter fleece is really good stuff imo.

Drake Non-Typical gear bibs! They have 2 options, the silencer bib and the standstill windproof bib. Shoot me a PM if you want some more info, I can get you a good deal on them direct from Drake as well!

Anyone who waterfowl hunts know the quality gear they put out, the Non-Typical whitetail gear just hasn't gotten around as good quite yet.

i've been pretty impressed with my Element Outdoors Infinity Series Heavy Waterproof Bibs
they are somewhere between the solitude and fanatic bibs, at good value when on sale
currently on camofire for $144

The Sitka Traverse bibs are fleece lined and I believe they are vented as well. I have pair on order

Broke down and bought some Eddie Bauer guide pro lined pants (I think thats the name..) to try. 43 this morning and I was perfect with no baselayer. Super comfy and quiet enough for me.
$79 vs. $150-200+ for some of the other camo brands seems like a bargain. We’ll see how they hold up.
