My buddy machined these the other day-1.1lbs each but better yet is 4 stack together at 3”. Need to do some torture tests but should be good. 24” length-22” step to step

Really the only stackable double step on the market is shikar but only two will stack. LWCG are cool but you have to remove the strap to stack which is incredibly inconvenient

Nice hardware – I see all of the best elements from the high-end sticks out there. (LWCG, OOAL, Tethrd)

Everything was machined including the knobs. Sending them to get anodized now. Pretty cheap process although you do need access to the machines

Wow, those are awesome. Agree with @j_laucks comments.
Don't know how long it took your buddy to develop these, and what you consider is a "cheap process", but if the price point is attractive/competitive with what currently is on the market, and he has any interest in making some more and selling, I would think he would have strong interest.

How do these stack without removing the strap?

They stack side to side, not on top of each other so the strap isnt in the way. Everyones idea of 'cheap' is different but these cost a heck of lot less then the Shikar sticks but to be expected as we arent a business. I do think this stick would sell very well- the lightweight stick has already been done to death- about anyone can make a 'light' stick but look how many actually pack well- the LWCG are far and away the leaders there but as I noted above if you want double steps theirs has a lot to be desired in having to remove the strap to stack them.

Can you show them stacked when you complete them? Thanks.
