Yesterday was abs, curls, biceps and lunges. 5 rounds of 10 reps of everything except the lunges and that was 20 reps per round. Shot about 20 arrows after the heat index got back under 110. It was still 103 at 10pm.
 
18 hole charity golf tourney today. Did my best to walk more than ride, packed myself some deer sticks and a protein bar to munch on and had way more water than booze, proud of that. Watch said about 5 miles walking when I got home and headed to church. Tested out the new ruck I picked up on the classifieds here with a walk around the block with each kid, one is about 60 and one 40 I think. Around the block isn’t much but it’s more than sitting in my chair and I had more fun doing it; kids sure like being funny, neighbors probably called me in by now. Great work! Don't forget that you guys can set your watches to auto load your activities to Strava. The benefit of that is that it will record your trends and improvements over time so you can see them. And of course we can all give you "kudos"
