Thought i would share a daylight pic of this guy. Taxidermist called me after he skinned the skull out and said his jaw was all busted up from some sort of injury which could of led to the irregular 3rd antler growing out the side of his head.

That’s so cool! My first deer’s left side was growing straight down in front of his ear. Granted mine was a little 4 point.

I hit a wall this year for the first time ever during hunting season, where I just did not want to hunt for any reason. I missed my traditional Halloween evening hunt, and my annual Thanksgiving morning hunt. This weekend has me climbing ladders and step stools hanging lights, pulling them down then rehanging them again in the same place just to make the wife happy. All this being said, I'm ready to knock the block off those deer that have eluded me this season! I've caught my second wind and even the spikes and 2 1/2 year olds better watch out!
Hope yall had an awesome Thanksgiving holiday and I'll keep ya posted!

Well fellas, I knocked down a 30 class 8 point but wasn’t in the saddle. I was on ground beside a blown down tree stump. So I guess that don’t count for the contest since I wasn’t In the saddle ‍♂️
