Thought I’d share this because I haven’t seen it used yet. Also would like to hear if anyone has any other ideas or suggestions for this that they have found over the years.

Often while in a lean on the saddle I want my bridge to slide easier/smoother through the carabiner. I am a fluffy marshmallow body type but I think other might notice the same thing? So after some searching I’m ordering a carabiner with a roller to use for my tether to bridge connection. My only concern is how well it will sit inside the opening of my Kong as it doesn’t accept all carabiner bends easily.

I can see a small learning curve here to get used to the setup and how I shift weight. It may also be more of a pain then it worth…

I’ll post again with an update after a couple sits to let you know what I think. For now there’s some information below on different types and how to use. I’m buying the Petzl P75TL because it think it will work best and still has a good locking system.

If it’s not in the middle, then you have to work to maintain your position, for some this might be beneficial.

Thanks for the heads up on positioning. Wondered if it would center more readily than I want. Have me second guessing whether it’s worth even trying. I might get one and look for a way to “tune” the pulley
