Anyone know how tethrd is on shipping times right now? I ordered my first saddle, a large mantis, a few days ago and haven’t heard anything yet and was just curious on how they usually were. I know it’s prime time for orders so anticipate a few weeks. Website didn’t say it was backordered so that’s a good sign hopefully. Just curious

Maybe I should have just got a trophy line instead since it’s my first saddle. They said I’d have it in a couple days. But when I go on tethrd and saw that those weren’t showing a back order I figured I’d just go ahead and try them.

I ordered one about 4 weeks ago.
I bought the Phantom starter kit with the platform. It was delayed a few days waiting on a part for the platform; however, I still received mine within 10 days.
 
They respond super quick to emails. Have you emailed them?
 
I ordered mine just a few weeks ago and received it within 10 days as well. Not quite Amazon fast, but fast enough.
 
I ordered a phantom and a few accessories on Sunday the 30th and it was delivered on Saturday the 5th. I didn't get confirmation of it being shipped and receiving a tracking number until September 3rd and it was already halfway here.
 
Yea so my good luck was that I just got one as a gift. And my bad luck is that I can’t get a hold of tethrd to cancel my other one. Called twice and it goes straight to vmail saying they are busy shipping stuff. Sent an email a few days ago with no response and messaged on Instagram with no response . Guess that’s what I get for ordering this time of year . I’m just wanting to cancel the saddle itself but keep the other stuff. Worst case scenario I return it. Just wish they were a little easier to get in touch with. Oh well, I’ll keep trying

Oh man, I ordered a Predator platform (normal size) the other day. It said In Stock at the time. Now, it says Available by Back Order. I'm probably screwed.
 
Haha I was about 20 min too early. They just emailed me back and took care of me!
