I really like that pose and have considered using it with the opposite turn for this year's buck. Although I thought of doing a more upright wall pedestal like this one but on a wall..

Wow, someone who knew what it was. Very few have been able to identify the blesbok. I'm impressed. I had no idea till I got to south Africa what one looked like. He was an unplanned add on to our safari.

Is that your pedastal buck Ernie in your back yard? Boy would I like to live "in the woods" like that.
 
No, that was a picture I found online to use as an example when I talked to my taxidermist for this year's buck. I want to get a wall pedestal with the same high stance. I unfortunately live in town. :(
