Ordered a Mission platform on the 20th. shipped out that day from trophyline. i live close enough i could have picked it up. USPS has it held up somewhere in PA still. hasnt moved in 8 days. Contacted trophyline via email to see what we could do. They contacted me back in about 15 min and said they were working on it as we speak. Got a call another 15 min later from them saying he was shipping out another platform today with UPS and it should be here tomorrow or monday. If the other platform ever gets here they are emailing me the shipping label to ship it back. I felt like i needed to post this. Thats the kind of service that makes me stick with a company and feel good about a product im using. I cant remember what the guys name was but he was a really good dude. Thats what im talking about Trophyline!!
