I know I see many posts about people who are concerned with putting their safety into just one rope. With the new Merlin having two sets of bridge loops it would allow someone to run two completely independent tethers protecting against all potential failures. I personally will continue using one tether, but for people that are nervous about trusting one rope this would be a great way for them to feel safer about trying a saddle.

I was looking at that. I am wondering how moving the leg loops from inside to outside will affect the feel.
