Who knew? The Astrialpine triglide has a big "lip" on the frame. If you get it tight to the bridge loop, when you put it under load, it locks down the bridge. Unload it and it slides freely up and down the bridge loop. Adjustable bridge loop connection! I hung from it today and its fully adjustable and bites down hard!
