One way or another you’re going to need a bag for that throw line and you will need a carabiner to clip in if you don’t already own a suitable one. Personally if you don’t want the kit I would still swap your throw line for the one in the kit. It’s cheaper and excellent. I tried to use a small saddle type bag for my throw line. That cube is a game changer.
