What all do you pack in and how do you do it?

Camera, camera arm, extra batteries, 2 pull up ropes, headlamp, bottle of water, Ankar charger, Sawyer squeeze filter, knife, flagging, lighter, multi tool, sticks and platform strapped to the outside.

Not sure which pack it is, I found it cheap at academy. It has a bladder on it, but I never use it so I’m going to ditch it.
