What boots are y’all wearing?

I have a pair of 1013’s which are almost the same boot. They have the same ZBPK last in them which fits my foot really well.

Nice to see quality boots made in a wide size. Seems everything I end up liking comes in at several hundred dollars :). They hold up well I'm assuming?

I need some new boots this year as well. I think I'm going to get the new Lacrosse Lodestar boot. Built with a strong X-shank great for rugged terrain. I think that will work perfect to stay comfy on a smaller platform using say the ball of my feet.

Lowa Jannu Mid (discontinued) in warm weather. Lowa Tibet down to about 32F. Lowa Hunter in cold weather. Lowa has wide sizes that fit my high volume feet.

Yeah mine have held up really well but I take care of them also. I clean them up, treat the leather and all that stuff. Now I’ve got two pairs to rotate between. I used to go through Keens and Merrill’s like crazy doing construction work. Now I keep a pair of work boots around for beating around or doing yard work and save my Zamberlans for hunting and hiking. I also bought both of mine on sale so I don’t have to pay $300 for them. I would though if I had to.

I've owned a few pair of Solomons and in the beginning they are great. After about 8 months or so on every pair I've owned. The sole starts to separate. If you don't mind sending them to Solomon for repair (2 year warranty) then id say go for it. Im switching myself to the innov8 roclites, either the 286s or the 345s.

Rubber boots from walmart and when the weather gets colder, rubber boots with neoprene inners

Gumleaf rubber boots for Midwest whitetail exploits and upland bird hunting. They are also hand made and over 80% rubber. Pricey for rubber boots but you get what you pay for. John Eberhart just talked about them on his last YouTube video actually. Crispi 200g Nevada's if I need insulation and Schnees Beartooth uninsulated for early season hunts. Can't say enough good things about all three.

Was gonna go with the Vaprtrek Snake boots , or Danner Vitals snake boots, but just pulled the trigger on a set of Muck Wetland Pro Snake Boots. Just too dangerous not to rock em here in East TX. Those gumleafs looks really nice though

I tend to have a lot of foot pain and tried a lot of things. This past year I have put a lot of miles on Schnees Beartooth with Superfeet insoles and my feet are loving the extra support. Did a 12 mile hike with 2300' of ascent on some rocky ground this past week and while the rest of my body was hurting, my feet were pretty good.

As the title suggests, I am looking for suggestions on a new pair of hunting boots. I have always hunted out of rubber boots, but I am interested in the comfort and lightness of a hiking style boot. What are y’all wearing in the woods? Preferably waterproof and medium insulated.

These when warm

add these with a chemical warmer when chilly

these when chilly also

add boot blankets over the redheads with an adhesive body warmer and it is warm down to as cold as WV ever gets

I also stopped using my rubber and neoprene boots and decided to go for lightweight and comfort.
