Lineman belt..... don't use steps so no need for lineman...I leave it at camp
I’ve used screw in steps without a linesman’s but it makes it safer no matter your method of climbing. I guess one exception would be srt.Lineman belt..... don't use steps so no need for lineman...I leave it at camp
Yup SRT is the quickest, safest, lightest climbing method I have come to love it....no belt requiredI’ve used screw in steps without a linesman’s but it makes it safer no matter your method of climbing. I guess one exception would be srt.
At the rate my achilles ISN'T healing, I'm thinking SRT might be the easiest way for me to get to height. I'm slightly optimistic though so we'll see.Yup SRT is the quickest, safest, lightest climbing method I have come to love it....no belt required
Me too. I'm actually more comfortable leaning forward onto the bridge.Concur on the back band. I didn't think it added much if anything to comfort level, and it made me feel too bound up and restricted. I lean forward more than I lean back.
I have one knee that is useless(bone on bone) the other is probably not far behind until I get them both done I have one good leg and with SRT it's all you need! Oh and sorry to hear it's not healing Dano!At the rate my achilles ISN'T healing, I'm thinking SRT might be the easiest way for me to get to height. I'm slightly optimistic though so we'll see.

On topic - never tried the backband as I didn't see a need for it. Never tried spurs either as they aren't legal here on public.
