Thats a lefty standard remington 700 stainless, timney trigger, 2.5-16 bushnell elite, 300 ultra mag, hs precision stock, barrel was spiral fluted by Marty Kolbet (twisted barrel), so basically its a factory 700 with a lot of bling added to it, I bought it brand new in 1999 or 2000, it’s a shooter! I’m working up a load with berger 210 vld’s, I’m just about there.

Yea 10/4 on that, seen the spiral flutes and assumed Barrett. That 300 got a brake on it? If not, I tip my hat to you....300 I shot in a 700 kicked the ever loving **** outta me. I can handle wallop and don't bruise easy but it bruised my shoulder. 1 time was all I wanted of it

No brake and it’s brutal, those loads today were a bit much, I have a 416 Hoffman too, almost the same as 416 Remington, you wana see kick, lol. The worst thing I ever shot in my life for a rifle and kick was a Ruger #1 in 458 win mag my neighbor had, awful.

How does the Hoffman compare to the 416 rigby

I am not sure, I can fire 416 Remington safely through the hoffman, but cannot reload the brass afterwards, in order to make the hoffman brass I have to run a 375 H&H brass through my expanding die and then fireform it in the Hoffman, it’s a pain, I only bought it because it was a screaming deal, Brown Precision Pro hunter with sights

Shot the 10mm yesterday.
I am disappointed in Hardcast accuracy but it will do.

The Sig Sauer elite was very accurate at 180 grains.
I plan to take a deer with it.

I would of loved to buy a p220 but in these parts you need a 6 inch to be legal.
Glock 40, no regrets! She goes bang everytime!

Got my pack ready for Colorado. Down to #64.4
Thats because the glock weighs less than the 7.5 inch Super Blackhawk.
