I have a similar one to this from Rinehart. It will stop anything I can imagine you tossing at it. I believe it is rated for up to 400fps but I didn't immediately find this information when I searched the web for confirmation

I use a bulldog and it works great even with my 550gr arrows.Bulldog target. Lifetime warranty. Two finger pull. Close shooting. I have one bring shipped as I text.
I have one on a 4x6 as a back stop and have shot through it, into the wall of my shed a couple times. But I'm shooting a 550 grain arrow at 285 FPS, so that may be the exception and not the rule. You can get a 4x6 piece of Horse stall mat and use that as a safety net should you get an arrow penetrate a bag target. You can cut the mat to about any size you want. Let it hang free on the bottom and that will further dissipate any energy left over in an errant arrow. I think there are videos of guys shooting these mats by themselves with high draw compounds and the arrows didn't go through. They also make good backing for small haybale targets outside.
I’ve had a matrix for 2 years now and wish I could say I’ve had the same experience. Mine seems to wear out much quicker than a block ever did. Bought some new modules and had arrows going through in a week. An arrow hits and blows chunks out of the back. I’ve had blocks, rhineharts, matrix, spiderweb (nightmare), and homemade. Haven’t found the right one yet.For field points I found bag targets really do take a beating. But if your willing to spend, I can’t recommend the matrix enough, I put about 400 shots into one module with BHs and that cell is only about halfway through it’s life. If you do shoot it out, rotate it with another and replace the cell for $40.
