What will you test or tinker?

I made up Scott Adkin's latest 2tc setup with a solid seat to try at the Florida gathering. I picked a Treehopper Recon used flipped the plates to revisit also. I have to pick up my footloop from Jerry at the Florida shindig also. Looking forward to put faces with online names.

Vanes! I thought I was set on the TAC Summit but the Slient Knight Pro and the Airazr 2” are on the table now.

yeah, I think I'm still going to be tinkering with vanes. The Tac Drivers keep shooting off. That's on a TAC wrap also, though I didn't use the prep pen. For me, a vane should stick without prep. If you're using a mold release in your process, you need to wash it off before it gets to me. I'm not dealing with the extra step. I was looking at AAE Max stealths but they recommend a prep step also. I might just end up with AAE plastifletches like I'm shooting now. Not sexy but they get the job done.

I'm not disagreeing, but I typically prep every vane anyway... The AAE Maxx Stealth and the AAE PM23 vanes have amazing adhesion if prepped as required. In the 5 years of shooting them as a primary, I've NEVER had a vane lift or come off.

New tenpoint 440. New scope for my rifle. May try a leica. Other than that nothing else on the weapons radar. Have everything I ever wanted

It takes a few seconds. Dap a Qtip in the acetone and wipe the foot clean (1 or 2 swipes). Dry for a few seconds and then apply glue. I prep all fletching no matter what. I also wipe the arrow shaft down real quick. Nothing major.
Glue the vane you prep right away. If you wait too long you need to redo.

Another year with the VXR 28
New string, a lighter color and bigger peep sight.
Removed the stabilizer off of this bow and won't be putting one back on
Picked up some Sirus Super Nova 300 spine. Going with 75 grain inserts with 150 grain head. I'll be picking up a pack or magnus single bevel and seeing how they shoot. Might stick with stingers. The arrows are fletch with aae hybrid 26 RH heli and as much off set as possible
