Funny this thread has popped back up as my job has changed since the last time I responded to it. I left the Surveying/engineering consulting world after 15 years and recently became a resource manager for a large aggregate company. The change has opened up THOUSANDS of acres to hunting for me. Now I just need to find the time to scout it all.

Same here, I’m staying with the same company Dassault Falcon Jet but I’m about to start a new job as a Technical Field Rep. I will be handling aircraft delivery interaction with customers but will handle all Fly By Wire issues in the field. More pay with less hours. Only scary part is change to salary from hourly
