Cool idea, take a saddle that many really like for comfort and trim out some weight/ exposed metal (I assume) with the leg buckles, and make a few other hunter friendly adjustments.

I wonder if that one camo that the owner had on was something Wild Edge is designing or if was just a prototype in a camo they are licensing.

It's cool, but sure about the perch on my butt idea. Being a mobile hunter it's not uncommon to stalk to your tree or on the way out. On occasion I may want to sit or lean. It's by no means a make or break design feature. Just not sure how practical it really is.

That’s the camo “The modern assassin” created and is about to release. I listened to a podcast from east coast bowhunter had with him.

Yes! “The modern assassin” is also who is designing and selling the “Assassin Reach” camera arm I posted here. Also listed on his and Out in a limb mfg sites.

If there’s evidence of this saddle on Instagram I have not been able to find it on WE, AH or Modern Assasins page...

I got to see the YARAK this weekend. The design of the larger molle loops are awesome. There are still normal size molle loops on the outside of your bridge loops as well. As for the perch spot. I dont know that they had it in mind to pack all the time there or just for climbing but it hangs really nicely and doesn't really swing back and forth and it also just lays in there very easily. I'd prob keep mine there all the time. But the larger loops to me is the key to making this thing great. No more continuous loops hanging through your molle loop. You can get to the top. Pull your bow up and hang right off the back of your saddle while finishing setting up. Its not a huge difference between it and the flex. But to me the flex is the SLT and the YARAK is the denali

I did not talk to them about price but my assumption is it will be right there with the flex and possibly a little cheaper. Less loops= less sewing. And I think its leg buckles are probably a lower cost item than whats on the flex. As far as release date I believe it has to do with Aerohunter. Demand has skyrocketed and their shipping times have gotten farther out. They are planning to add more personal to counter this. I dont think they will officially release it for sale until that is handled

How many saddle are they selling a week? They might have a problem if they drop this right now IMHO
