XOP Edge v Trophyline EDP

Yes he does. And he uses a two piece saddle. Never once has he claimed his bridge prevented him from shooting his bow and never once has he claimed a tether could stop you from moving around the tree. Both of which Kuhnert does in the video you attached. I did think it was cool seeing the old platforms although it’s weird. I have some steel hang ons that after 2 season had a ton of rust on them and paint peeling. I noticed his 20 plus year old platforms had hardly any rust at all and the one with marine rope, the rope wasn’t even faded. Anyway sorry this turned into some long drawn out thing. I was just making the point that I would personally support trophy line over XOP. It’s all opinions. Thank you for the you tube video attachment it was entertaining.

Lighter, Bigger + Made in USA. Yep.

I will say, off topic, Brad's concept makes sense to Brad and John E's approach makes sense to John, and I'm neither Brad nor John. I'll go with what makes sense to me, but it makes sense to me that John and Brad use what makes sense to them. What doesn't make sense to me maybe makes sense to you, and to you to me; and sometimes its all a bit of nonsense. Make sense? :)

I'm probably going to try the ring anchor when stand hunting. Makes sense you wouldn't with your experience. I'm inexperienced so I'm going to find out if it makes any sense too.

The whole set up and his descriptions made me cringe (as I am a utility worker by trade and would never dream of hunting from an old school lineman’s belt and a buck squeeze, because it’s uncomfortable to be in it for very long!

I had never heard of a buck squeeze. Just checked out the tree-squeeze, learned something new, thanks.

This totally makes sense!

My brother has the trophyline.
He loves it. Picture won't load..
I had a kuhnerts and sold it to my brother. He likes its portability compared to climbing tree stands. I got him into hanging.
I need to check out my other brothers trophyline for my back up.
