Has anyone tried no sticking with this platform. Trying to decide which would be more efficient between this and two tether?
 
I tried it. With my aider on the front edge I felt unstable. I moved the aider closer to the tree to get foot contact with the tree and had trouble getting around the platform. I would really like to use this platform as my climbing method so I would love suggestions on how to resolve either of these issues. My current method is a one stick and hang the platform.
 
Shouldn't be much different than this:

No Stick method

Been playing around with this for a few days. For me it’s working as well as single sticking. Haven’t tried any other platforms, but my DIY assault has had minimal kick outs & those were on irregular tree shapes.

Thank you for the video.. exactly what I was looking for. I find it interesting he never cammed over the platform.
