XOP ultra serious double steps

I really debated on whether I'd release this or not. XOP has publicly responded to our issues and seems to be addressing them head on! They gained my respect.
With that said, this is why I review products and give honest feedback! SO that issues can be resolved, and we can all end up with better products in the end. But if you have sticks like these, please reach out to XOP and let them get you squared away.

So many poor choices with this design

Simple common sense would alleviate most of these and a little testing should’ve taken care of the rest

At least they are addressing it. They've already removed stocked so they can't be ordered. They could have swept it under the rug and sold them by the thousands bec so many people look at price and nothing else

Just a update, i've received a return label and a refund. XOP will be machining all steps to fit around the post.
