    Guido's Web large tall

Bought this to use as a backup or on team hunts with new saddle hunters. However, it's not being used. I sat in it one time in my yard to demonstrate it. Otherwise, it's like new. Built fall of 2015 and includes everything it came with. $275 tyd

    Bridge materials

I hope it's an April fools joke, but the notice came from Amazon. I'm guessing the masking tape hides the defect, maybe? It wouldn't surprise me if there are some rock climbers out there who just grab a handful of runners to use on a climb without actually checking each individual runner. They...

    **Black Diamond nylon runners recalled**

Black Diamond has also recalled some of their nylon runners. It seems like this is an error which will be obvious upon inspection. https://warranty.bdel.com/RunnerRecall/Landing http://www.cpsc.gov/en/Recalls/2016/Bla ... n-Runners/

Made a little video for you guys, slipping in a linemans belt...

Re: RE: Re: Made a little video for you guys, slipping in a linemans belt... It's dicey even when hanging sticks! A buddy of mine slipped while climbing with Lone Wolf sticks, and by the time his belt caught him he had sliced his leg and forearm wide open requiring a few dozen stiches. Took...

Made a little video for you guys, slipping in a linemans belt...

Excellent video. I'm seeing more and more posts on here that make me cringe (for safety sake). I appreciate this being very thoroughly explained. Thanks!

    Light weight saddle

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: Light weight saddle Funny. Are you referring to them charging $100 for a few yards of rope, 2 carabiners, and an accessory bag?

    Splicing rope?

The reason I like to use a fid is because the fid is a template for the length and taper of the tail.....No guess work, or calculating.

    Splicing rope?

You can find them on Amazon or Tree Stuff: http://www.treestuff.com/store/catalog.asp?item=1844 Fids are made so that the length of the fid is the same as the minimum length you need to splice inside the rope.

    Splicing rope?

It is really easy to do, and amazingly strong if you do it correctly (stronger than most, if not all, knots). But, you need a fid.

    Custom SitDrag

Re: RE: Re: Custom SitDrag Very similar in comfort and function (assuming the Trophyline shoulder straps have been removed). The main difference is that with the Trophyline, you get built-in lineman belt and the wider seat means the pressure area is more dispersed. This results in a little more...

Last day of season- final showdown

Got my '11th hour' buck this morning! Last hunt of 2015 and buck season ends Saturday. He trotted into my woodline from a field at first shooting light and I doubled-lunged him at 13 yards quartering away.
