LWCG Arrowhead broadhead

A box cutter blade is the standard? While those are kinda sharp why wouldn't u use the scalpel to set the standard. Scalpel is medical equipment so probably has better quality control vs box cutter blades....some are better than others out of the box.

if you look at Lusk’s datasets, only 3 broadheads went below the box cutter standard of 150grams in each year of testing.

Serious question. How consistent are the sharpness testers? For example, I watched a review of the Slick Trick Torch from another credible reviewer (in my opinion) Chest Thumper measured the initial sharpness at 100 and Lusk measured it at 200. Not discrediting one over the other, just curious if there are other variables at play or it’s a luck of the draw that you pick a pack of heads sharper than others off the shelf?

Calibration probably isn’t the problem. Proper use is critical.

At least with LUSK it’s a single user and single machine. Wish he did more tests along the edge, but comparatively I bet his data isn’t flawless but still pretty representative.
