Where the skys are so blue!
And it goes about 42mph wtih 2 people in it and gear on a calm day. not bad at all.

Anyone ever use a Gheenoe? Theres a 15'6" and a 15"4 here for sale locally and thought it might be a fun fishing boat beyond a canoe for me and the son...
I have been trying to get my hands on a decently priced used gheenoe or riverhawk for years. Get one. They're beautiful little boats. Never talked to somebody who didn't like theirs.

Rentals from a float camping trip. I've done this trip quite a few times since high school in my families Coleman canoe I seem to have no photos of. The past 2 times were with a group of feral man-children from my college fraternity and we rented boats from the shuttle service. I believe these are 15' Old Towns and they are absolute beasts. Last time I took one solo and had 4 coolers full of beer and ice, several tents, and my personal gear. I couldn't sit in the seat had to ride on the stern.

"The girlcatcher!" Nice! Put that in your committee approved, politically correct, 3rd party tested pipe and smoke it! That's the best thing I've read about in a long time. That looks like more fun than a drunk monkey in a slip and slide.
"Plenty of room for sandwiches and beer I the seat compartment"

Cause I want to make sure I'm hammered when I fall of the back and get chewed up by that prop when I'm flying at 35mph!

35mph on that thing would be the ride of a lifetime. What man wouldn't want a more dangerous jet ski?

Boys, we only think we're tough. Back in the 60s "ride or die" wasn't a catchy phrase...it was a warning sticker!

I'm ready to burn this office building down and pound beer and crawfish on the backwater now. And it's only Wednesday lunch hour...

And what is on that pole?
Actually its attached to a downrigger weight somewhere between 60 and 110 feet down (depending on water temp) looking for king salmon. Nice relaxing way to spend a morning putting around with a cup of coffee, at least until the drag starts screaming! Hopefully anyway :)
