Let's see them small boats!!

Not sure if this qualifies as small but, its the only one I've got. Just bought it right before winter after purchasing some property on Lake Anna VA.

Here are pics of me and my boys from the only time I had it out before it was winterized and put away. Hoping for many more years of this:

A'ight, found some more!

14ft jon and 4hp johnson that came off the indian reservation up the road. This one got stolen. Knuckleheads didn't get the motor because I had it in the garage working on it. Insurance wrote me a check for way more than I paid for the boat and trailer. First motor I ever rebuilt.

WS Tsunami. Fast as lightning. Not a lot of gear room.

Old Town Loon on a camping trip out to Mound Island. That pic got taken a couple of hours after I swore I was gonna meet Jesus in a thunderstorm. Whiteout rain, and watched lightening take out the top of a tree.

Another WS Pungo on Bayou Jessamine. One of my favorite places to paddle. It's covered with lillies in the spring.

Are you saying spring isn't sprung in your neck of the woods?

Still a solid 18" inches my backyard. I went out in the woods Sunday with the dogs and there's easily still 2 1/2 feet out there. The plus side is its finally over 40 and the sun is shinning so its starting to go down.

Blegh, snow is icky. I'll take snakes.

I had to dig for pics of this one. Couldn't find my actual boat, but this is the SwampRat1036 model from Dalton's Boat Works outta Louisiana. 10ft long, 3ft wide, about 60lbs. Fiberglass. Interesting little booger that was surprisingly stable and moved well with a trolling motor. It just sat in a weird in-between place for me and didn't get used enough to justify keeping. She was fun though.

Also have a flatback canoe, not sure of the maker on it and don’t have a pic handy of it either.

A man can never have too many boats.

My dad gave me his old Lund 14’ with 25hp E-tec. I re-decked it in aluminum last year. I love it for fishing two guys. I might do a little bow hunting out if it in the future. I have been trying to find a good, cheap, used bow mount. Anyone have any suggestions?

My families 16' sylvan stryker. This is the best all around aluminum boat I've ever used. It is the longer version of the Alaskan, and the last year it was certified for a 40hp..went to 35hp after. Have a popup duck blind for it, merc 2 stroke 40hp with electric trim/tilt. If I only owned 1 boat, this would be it.

I loved my aluminum v-hull skiff. I'm with you regarding it being the perfect all-around boat.

And it goes about 42mph wtih 2 people in it and gear on a calm day. not bad at all.

Anyone ever use a Gheenoe? Theres a 15'6" and a 15"4 here for sale locally and thought it might be a fun fishing boat beyond a canoe for me and the son...
