My vote is possibly keep food simple. Everybody responsible for their own unless somebody just steps up and volunteers to tackle it. My gear list is as follows:
Tethrd Mantis with ropeman 1 on tether
Predator platform
Cut down Hawk Helium sticks with Amsteel Mod
CAYG 1” webbing aider

I think it'll be perfect for you. I'm sure there will be plenty of learning and getting learnt. @Grillmastertoo You wouldn't happen to know anyone that can grill do you? We are still figuring out what we are going to do for food.
you wanting to load up a smoker or burgers and dogs on a weber? i might know someone that cooked on a award winning bbq team.

At this point I’m just thinking burgers on the weber. Easy and simple.

Not sure what I got going on that weekend, but I think it would be fun. Hadn't read through every post so where are we at now? Location? Can we stay over night? Tent/hammock camp?
Over night stay will make it easier to have time to cook and still hang out especially if you have to log a few hours on the road each way.

I updated all information in post #1. I also texted you that info per your request. There are 6 spots dedicated to tent/hammock camping within a short walk from where we are holding the meet up. Point Mallard Park Feb 22nd 10-2. Also please let me know what gear you intend to show and tell at the meet up. Thanks.
