LWCG double step release

when Andre says "solid as a rock" I find it funny because I can see the steps flexing as he shifted his weight around. By making the steps 1" wider they introduced additional leverage that is being applied to the stress points on the steps. I wonder once people get them and start testing them out will complaints of bent standoff bolts surface? I do like how compact they were when stacked together though.

they looked pretty solid to me. He had to pull the stick out of the tree to remove it.

i could strap my beast stick to the tree set it and pull on the top step and flex the tubing.

I think my main concern w the new stand off is toe distance to tree

You could always go to the hardwear store and get longer bolts! seriously though, I agree with others that they look like an afterthought, but dang they stack nice. Seems like we will have a mega thread of many different screw in DIY standoff ideas soon enough. Dang they stack real nice though! (I know I said that twice)

I would not trade my beast sticks for those. No way. Pretty bad when he says gotta find the sweet spot to set it. I never have worry about my sticks slipping just set and go. I would not want to use those on a beach tree.

Available for pre-order now.

I'm very tempted to order these, gonna hold off and see how the reviews go first. The compactness of how these pack together is awesome, but I'm leery of the durability of the standoff bolts

Ordered em! How high do you thing you can get with 3 and the wire aiders?

Approximately 14-15 feet. Each stick with aider will be 3 feet... if you go 20 inches from the ground/between each stick, that’s 60 inches (5 feet)... so 3x3 feet is 9 feet plus 5 feet is 14.

Comparison of similar sticks. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of the specs or if I am missing something please.

Like 14-15’.... better question how are they going to stack with the wire aiders?

I just watched the youtube video again. It looks like they still stack with wire aiders. The aiders bolt onto the small hole in the center on the bottom of the stick with the lock nut on the back side. The next stick stacks just above the bolt on the stick underneath it and the lock nut recesses into the bigger hole right above the small aider hole. Does that make sense? It's kind of hard to explain. But what do you do with the wire aider at that point? idk.
