I wanted to do the urban hunts bad here, season opens September 1st, but due to our work schedule I wouldnt of had time to hunt. So I'm still shooting for the 26th, and scouting when I get time.

If opening day was in September here I would be hunting with camo jorts, crocs and a wife beater. 95 degrees and 10000% humidity. I cant hardly even breathe when I go outside. Or it could be too many mashed taters and gravy.....

It has nothing to do with not shooting dinks. A 1.5 year old spike is exactly 1/4 the amount of fun as a 4.5 year old eight point. That’s still more fun than work.

Only killed 1 last year and he werent a dink lol. I tend to not shoot those, but I might shoot a dink this year, just because right now I'm out of deer meat and first legal deer to come by is getting whacked lol
