Anyone open to a meet up around Nashville or Clarksville TN. I live between both locations. Mostly hunt public WMA land. I also hunt FT Campbell a lot. Just get together and compare the ins and outs. Share some lies. Lol new saddle hunters and old doesn’t matter. I have a set up on my back property if we need to test out equipment or even shoot out to 60 yards if you want.

Definitely down! I’m in Nashville/Brentwood and would love to meet some folks.
Hey man I will be down in your area in the next couple days. I am having some work done at THE ARCHERY DEN in Franklin. Any chance you might be free to have a chat.

I'm out of town at the moment, but we ought to try to get something on the calendar in the next few weeks. I know of several other Middle TN guys that would probably be interested in joining us.

Anyone know of a good location to meet up? I have an area in my back yard that I use but if anyone knows of a better place let me know.

Make it closer to Franklin and some of us North Alabama fellas may come up and say howdy.

If this happens in the Clarksville to N. Nashville area I’d show up. Unfortunately, I don’t have any recommendations for a location though.

the boro is a little closer to Alabama. ive got a smoker, a bunch of beef ribs that need to be shared, 2 picnic tables and a yard big enough to fling arrows or bolts out to 40 yards...but no climbable trees. i imagine folks would want to try out gear not just look at it otherwise i'm happy to host and feed anyone willing to come.

That sounds great. Do you have a park or any where close we could drive to? I think it kinda sounds like if we were up your way rather than down my way we would have more peeps. Alabama gang and others.

Hey man if you wanted to meet me at my place we could commute together up toward Franklin or Murfreesboro I’m right off 24 between Clarksville and Nashville

Anyone have a suggestion for Franklin area? Looks like we have 2 places right now. Mine place north of Nashville and midTNhunters place in murfreesboro. But he has no place as of yet to climb. If you all want we can get a list of drink and maybe hot dogs and burgers or something and do a grill thing. I would be willing to pick stuff up at sams and then we could just put some money in and share the cost. Or it could just be a BYB FOOD THING. SUGGESTIONS???

U guys probably wondering why the heck I post in a Nashville thread but in Gallatin there is a park called bledsoe creek. I don't know why or how but all the deer are pretty much tame and it's pretty neat being able to walk in amongst them... Have fun with ur meet up

A lot of good hunting up that way. I lived in hendersville area for years. Thanks for the info.

at the end of my street is Barfield Crescent Park - lots of picnic shelters and charcoal grills. not sure what the park patrol would think about us climbing trees but i know they're hammock friendly and it wouldnt be the first time ive taken a forgiveness over permission approach. another option could be percy priest wma unit 1 in lavergne has a couple shelters at the dog trials area. we could meet, greet and eat there then explore the wma and check out gear after.
