@WhackumTv I'd be game to throw in on a food cache for everyone to have some eats, too. Sounds like a good time.

I don't think they picked a date or location yet or did I miss it?
I suggested that the location should be close to a campground so people coming in from out of town could stay someplace cheep.
 
Guys as of right now we have a date of the 24th of this month Start at 9am. I called Franklin parks and reds but waiting on a call back to make sure we can use a tree without being thrown out. If you know Franklin they have rules. Lol I have been talking to Dane from DRYAD and he will be there. I haven’t heard back from CRUZR yet but will let you know.
 
I would also like to get a possible head count on how many can make this date. Please let me know so if we do plan on some drinks or dogs I can try and set it up. I might try a dog vendor if I can reach out to one. If anyone knows of someone let me know.
 
I’d recommend making a simple google form for people to sign up. We did a pretty good 30 person event in north Alabama last year and it helped with getting everything around. You can put all the event details in there as well.

I could likely bring and grill enough venison sausage for the group if it’s allowed at the park. Still need more details on location and times etc.to lock it in.
Reach out if you need helping setting up the sign up something.

As far as right now it looks like we can only use the grills at the park. But thanks for the offer.

I can grill them on any grill, but I get it, you don't want to try my venison sausage. I get it..

I added a section for food and drink if you know you're coming and want to contribute. It should be set up for only one person can select to bring 1 of each item. I would love to come. Always fun seeing people’s set-ups. I have the CRUZR XC-2 I wouldn’t mind letting people try. A gentleman let me try his a few weeks ago and that solidified my decision to get one. Ended up selling my TETHRD Phantom to get it.

Have we got a rough head count yet?
 
Gents still having an issue with the Franklin Parks. They pretty much said NO but waiting on one last person to confirm. They suggested Radnor State Park. I am trying to contact them but no answer as of yet. I have been in contact with the TWRA officer for the Franklin area Officer Cook and he is trying to help get this set. his Only WMA has no cleared out spot for parking or set up. If anyone knows of a spot up or around that area please let me know. I am still shooting for the 24th of this month around 10am start time just need a spot.
