anyone receive a flat branch saddle recently?

I can’t say I got completely fleeced because I used the saddle for a whole season but at the same time I paid a lot of money for the saddle and it’s not in my possession. I’m going to try and call them later today when a get a chance to see what happens there.
 
I have asked them for a refund numerous times with no reply. I ordered Feb 16th and it’s past the 60days visa gives you to file a claim. It looks like we’re just out our money.

Weird that Visa gives a maximum like that, given that things take a while to produce.

Oh well, always use Paypal from now on and never trust anyone without a track record.

Maybe one day a saddle will show and I'll be really happy about it.

I feel bad for anyone that spent their hunting budget on their first saddle and now won't have one to hunt with this season. Most of us here have a couple, so we can still use an old one.
 
My last email was about a month ago. It stated they had internet issues and could not check status and would get back to me. So crazy how now you can't even trust a hunting company. Would never think this day would come but there are POS everywhere.
 
Too bad some of you guys couldn't get together to go to the source and ask in person since it seems all of their other forms of communication are down.
I say this because we had a fencing project we made a down-payment on stall out with zero to no communication. Once we were able to go to the source, the owner explained the situation and the project started shortly thereafter.
Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau? They actually are still a thing and will still help.

Better business bureau only helps if a company is a member. I tried that with a local tug boat business that was doing things they shouldn’t and it got me nowhere unfortunately.

Kept all the money and never shipped a single item.

It’s been happening for years. A fly by night company gets into a hot market with good marketing and hype and steals everyone’s money on purpose or because they are horrible at business.
 
Pool money together and hire a lawyer or maybe there's one around here to offer some insight?
