Lets talk hammocks

I have been thru some pretty decent storms in mine and u correct to an extent....the bunched ends will sometimes get damp but the majority stays in the strap....one camp trip was 3 day, all day long soaking rains, and it did better than expected keeping me and my stuff dry

I never thought to put a line between the straps like in that sweet drawing. Having a place to hang things would be nice. Currently I use either the hammock storage sack for small items like a headlamp and phone and bigger stuff I just set down below me and the other net hammock holds it for me.

I just went through, I think, his entire site and didnt see it. He got some of money anyway but I would have order it if I had seen it.

Mine just rolled in! I wasn't expecting it until Monday. I did a short "sit" and now I have the straps out drying from their permethrin treatment. I did not unpack the bug net yet. I really think I am going to like it.

Just looking at your pic and thought I’d comment; I like to set my foot end strap about 6” higher than my head end strap. Give that a try.
