    King-Stand Freedom Pro

Thank you all for the ideas. I just watched Kyle's YouTube video about the JX3 modifications. I might go that route after spending more time shooting the longbow out of it. I will experiment more with the standoff fork and improved backband on the Freedom Pro to see if this type of stand is...

    King-Stand Freedom Pro

I have gone full circle with stands and saddles since the early 2000s. I have used the Treesuit, Trophylines of different materials and the Guido's Web. This past rut I sat dawn to dusk for 4 days in my soft saddle. Knees into the tree is very comfortable for a little while. It does not work me...

    Wiggy's cold weather products

The outside will be slightly damp because it is doing the job of pulling moisture from the inside. These have been nice to wear in my camper when the floor is cold.

I also use the Lamilite socks. They have been the best socks I've worn for wicking sweat. I get away with using lighter boots for more of the season.

CAYG aider with a Lone Wolf step

Some time in early 2020 I read an article from my Google feed about a guy who climbs using LW sticks cut down to steps. The step was made by cutting the stick tube down about 6" below the v-bracket. The tube was angled down against the tree. The 1" or so of tube above the v-bracket served as the...

Hi all. I finally signed up after lurking for over a year. I'm 48 years old and used several different saddles off and on from 2003 to 2011. It's great to see all these new improvements evolve mainly from this website it seems. I have been using a Lone Wolf hang-on or hand climber. Now I am back...
