It’s been about a week. Still pending.
That’s new. What did you do wrong? What pictures did you include and what did you not include?I was denied!
Glad it’s under warranty… are you saying the thing ran for a year on one set of batteries? I had an older Bushnell cellular (more expensive) that was also ridiculously good w the batteries, hoping these things have the same characteristic.I will say that after one year of flawless use on the original batteries I put in it my first camera finally Id screwing up. It got down to 40% and sent me a message to change the batteries soon. I put all new batteries in the other day and got pictures the next morning of deer, everything looked ok. Then two days later I wasn’t getting any communication with the camera. It seems like some component as failed causing the camera to quickly empty the batteries. It is still under warranty so I’m sending it back this week and will let y’all know how that process goes. All the ones I bought this year are still working great.
CAnt be much worse than tactacams. If i can get a full year out of a $20 CELL cam... sheeeeeeit. Two people reported from the other hunting forum that they got their cameras in and they’re working and their rebate took 2-3 weeks.
They are cheap so they’ll likely do have a quality control issue but I have had mine for a year. I’m going to take the risk and pick up a few more.
Could you seal the cracks with some silicone?Well after 3 years my first camera finally went down. It had a crack in the case that let water in which is what was corroding the terminals and draining that battery. It still works but isn’t water proof. It is beyond its warranty. Any of y’all have an old broken/not working cellucore20 whose case is still intact?
My other three year old ones are still working fine. I didn’t have cell coverage over the summer so when I restarted it at the beginning of season it sent all of the photos it had taken during that time period. Pretty cool. They have been pretty good for $20 a camera.
I guess I could put the camera where I want it and then glob some caulk on the outside. Would just have to reglob on when it needs batteries changed. HahaCould you seal the cracks with some silicone?

Or buy one of those cheapo dry boxes at Wally World and rig up a hole for the camera and attachment method. I guess by that time you're looking at a decent investment in time and money that the camera isn't worth though.I guess I could put the camera where I want it and then glob some caulk on the outside. I fixed one crack with some poor man’s plastic welding and then went to set up the camera and realized there was more cracking around the seal of the camera. I like the glob of silicone/caulk idea though.
Yea you went the wrong direction with this one, I liked your glob and go option better lolOr buy one of those cheapo dry boxes at Wally World and rig up a hole for the camera and attachment method.
