I'm still hyped. But I'm with the family up in the UP. Trying to convince my brother in law to buy a couple hundred acers. #906

I know a 1.5 year old is a big buck up that way, but down here most kids wont even give them a second look....
 
Unpacked and repacked my bag, bought more “essentials”, finally used my new 20” heliums on a tree in the back yard, shot my bow for a few hours, and scouted behind the house.
Getting ready for some early hog hunts and hopefully a kill with my new bow.
My wife is about done with me talking about hunting and it hasn’t even started yet.

Currently out scouting some public in NW Georgia. Even though the temp is in the high 70s right now, this humidity is treacherous haha. Found some good trails, couple beds, lots of tracks, and a decent looking spot or 2. Trying to keep the pressure way down at the house this year so hopefully I get a shot at one of the bucks hanging around!!

I apparently got into a patch of poison oak while scouting Saturday. I hung a camera in a tree that was suspect but I declared it fine after looking it over. Apparently I was wrong though! Oh well, small price to pay to be a winner!

Hope you will be a winner and that is wasn't just for the itch.
 
I was always told that its not something you can be immune to. Then after scouting one day a few years back my neck was itching bad. I got my friend to look at it and he was like "its poison ivy." I was for sure I was wrong all these years. Then he walks over to me with a gloved hand and pulls a sprig of poison ivy that was pinched Inbetween my bag and my back tickling my neck. Never broke out .

I’m scared to piss in the woods anymore after 2 times too many you know where. I never know if I have it or if it’s residually on any my clothing until it’s too late. I look for it more than snakes and it’s everywhere down here. On the ground, in the bushes, in the trees.
 
already searched for this and im sorry im sure its been asked a billion times. i know im eligible but how do i enter/get on a team? i dont see anything for this season besides this hype thread... im hyped 365 and everyone i talk to (even the vegans) knows it.

There will be a "ENTER CONTEST" thread of some sort and I am sure they will let everyone that is hyped know when it is up and going. The end of August/early september is what I understand as the time when they will get it up.
