@DeerNuts - I hear ya. I'm in the same boat. When I ordered it on Friday night, their website definitely showed the price as $259 before I added it to the cart. When I checked out, however, their online cart showed it as $229 before I applied my $20 discount code "Magical", which made it $209 before the shipping was added in. I too received an order confirmation that confirmed the surprisingly low price when I completed the transaction.
Today, I received their email that explained they had a glitch in their online store, and that the price I was charged wasn't correct. They admit that it's their mistake. They are giving customers a choice - pay the correct price, or cancel the order. Honestly, the correct price is fair and what I expected to see as the price when I added it to the cart. I want the saddle - so I decided to authorize them to charge my card the extra $30 today without a fuss.
But I hear ya - you thought you had received a better deal when you checked out online, and now they're taking it away - that's a bummer. Ultimately, the decision (and how upset you get over the situation) is entirely up to you.
I will say this: New Tribe Aero Hunter has been very, very good to saddle hunters over the years - that's why they have such a loyal following. For example, they recently had a problem with the durability of the lining on the Aero Hunter Kestrel Flex model, and they replaced those saddles for every customer who asked them to do so, even if the lining on the original saddle had not shown abnormal wear yet. So overall, they have an excellent
track record of treating customers fairly. For me, it was an easy decision to be fair with them and pay them the extra $30 - and I did.
