Comes with everything except the extra rope for a linesman (it's got a cut and I'd rather not have someone in a tree with it). I will still include the camo protective sheath for it, as pictured.

Did those come with the plastic buckle on the waist belt, or did you remove the rated climbing buckle?
 
I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about the buckle that clips around your waist? You can see that buckle in the picture, so I assume that's not what you're talking about.
 
Yes that is the one that came with it. This hasn't been modified or cut into at all.
