Trophyline is one of the OGs. Why do you say it like it’s a bad thing? I’d be interested to see if they bring their classic designs up to speed with nice improvements or just copy what everyone else is doing.

I'm indifferent about it. It's just saddle overload at this point and the market is staying exactly the same.

I hear ya. I didn’t see the actual saddle the first time I looked at your post. It does appear to be a big copy cat. I really would have liked to seen them stick to some of their original designs and just make improvements to it. I agree it is saddle overload now. Thanks for sharing,

Looks like a similar design to what they have now, with upgraded bridge, adjustable leg straps, upgraded belt.

I wouldn't say it's a copy cat, just looks like they've listened to some of the gripes and complaints. I have the ambush pro, cut off leg straps and bridge. Hooked bridge to lineman loops. It's ok, but this version looks like everything I wish my ambush pro had

That's fine. Another option isn't usually a bad thing.

I'd really prefer someone focus on engineering better climbing methods and tools rather than saddles at this point though. For me climbing methods are like back alley dentists. I'm just choosing the least terrible option given the situation. That's the area of saddle hunting where I need a real game changer.

It was revealed Saturday the 14th on the Facebook. Trophyline guys say it should be available around Thanksgiving.
I have an Ambush Pro and although I finally found my comfort spot this new saddle looks very appealing. I think the price is $199.99. To me that seems like a decent price compared to all the top manufactures. Looks like they really took into consideration all the complaints from the Ambush series. IMO it looks sick and worth trying.

I don’t think that will happen for a good while, because most of the new hunters jumpin on the trend aren’t being mobile, they just want a cool new treestand toy

This looks promising. Anyone know if that center webbing below the molle is elastic? It seems like after awhile the webbing might cut in. It looks a lot like the Cruzr XC too without the pleat but looks like there's plenty of material there and a pleat might not be necessary.

Random comment but Trophyline's logo is pretty sweet lol. Im a sucker for a good logo. Not enough to buy another saddle but just sayin...

With HME coming out with saddle systems now the others will most likely follow, I see this particular saddle as one to compete in that larger market. I hope it doesn't hurt the specialty niche type saddle manufacturer's with supremely high quality workmanship and USA made like Aerohunter, CRUZR, Latitude, Tactisaddle,, Treehopper, Viking Products, etc. What others am I missing???? I like Trophyline, I have their Ambush Lite and its a nice Saddle I hunted with it a lot last year. It was much more comfortable to me than the Mantis. Build quality is good too. However, its just like anything else. I was thinking about it the other day and nowadays, places like Bass Pro, Cabala's, Field & Stream, etc. are just boring to me. I used to love to go into those places but most products now are chinese made and nothing is specialty made or particularly unique. I like the mom and pops and the Cottage industry types in the USA that are making these products and would rather support them.

HME like hunting made easy? Are they the same company as hawk?

Totally agree im ALWAYS trying a new climbing method that seems to solve an issue i had with my previous climbing method but then adds something new i dont like and the cycle continues.
