Arsenal Platform

I had some noise coming from mine on one sit, but the other day it was fine. So we’ll see how that goes. I wish they would make the post bracket different instead of the V shape and I also wish it had a little more depth. Appearance wise it’s stunning, I’ll give them that!

Agreed completely about the depth. If it was another 1.5-2” deeper it would be perfect. And I have the Magnum. Everything else about it I really like. With a toe hook it sets really snug. I haven’t had any noise with mine except for once I set in a hickory tree which was a mistake. 23 hunts in with it. The width makes it easy to work around the tree as needed. Folds flat and carries easy. Love the machined aluminum as well

Well they must be coming out with a 3.0 because when i was waiting on mine about a month ago the offered me a 1.0 if i didn't want to wait

If I’m not mistaken the 2.0 has updated aluminum buttons to release the folding top bracket. Wonder if they were having issues with the original?

If I’m able to divine anything from the classifieds in combination with the arsenal website it seems people prefer the magnum over the regular; magnum being sold out and not being in the classifieds often at all.

Anyone able to weigh in on this?

I haven't handled the magnum, but I agree with your observations.
Omg somebody please jump on this so I don’t have to…I’m biting my lip so freaking hard because I’m an immature buffoon, but if this golden opportunity goes unanswered I will officially lose faith in the entire SH community.
Come on Michael Scotts of the world, it’s ripe for the taking…

That seems correct to me. I just got a RZR Magnum from the classifieds, but I didn’t have a ton of people offering them up.

It seems like there are quite a few regular RZRs coming through the classifieds at the moment.

The 2.0 models will supposedly be revealed soon too.

I sold the above stated RZR Magnum and honestly I can’t imagine using the regular sized RZR. I really liked a lot about the magnum (attachment method, width, bite into the tree with toe hook, lightweight, not cast aluminum) but want to see a few tweaks which I believe Arsenal will probably address in the 2.0. The regular size would be way too small for me personally. My biggest complaint with the Magnum was platform depth. An advertised magnum version should have been deeper. My observation is that most people seem to prefer the RZR magnum over the regular size.

If I wasn’t switching over to a hybrid setup with a .5 I probably would have kept the RZR magnum. I don’t see too many saddle platforms I’d consider superior to it except maybe the LWCG Fix
