Havent posted on here in a while. I finally got my first huntin buddy on Dec 22!! Hes 7.5 lbs and healthy. my wife labored for 37 hrs straight. Almost lost both of them but she dug deep and pushed him out. Im out of the tree for a while but... my wife let me get one last sit for the last day of firearms on December 11th. Shot a nice 2.5 yr old 10pt. Hes not a giant but it was a nice one to end things on (for now). Congrats on the buck and baby! I don’t have any kids but I have a nephew and he’s my favorite person in the world! Love the little guy more than I do anything.
 
Congrats on the buck and the baby. Glad everything went in a positive direction. So were you tethered to the tree when you shot the deer or no? If you were you should be able to submit it!

Nope. I was Leanin against the bottom of a poacher's ladder stand. Cant get em off my lease. Drivin me crazy
 
oh man let me tell you that little one will steal your heart. My little guy is 2 and its been the best gift ever. Congrats on the buck and I will keep you and your family in my thoughts. Child birth can be some scary stuff even in 2021 but VERY happy to hear mom and baby are doing well. Congrats @PEEJAY
 
Congrats on the baby and the buck! From your deer pic, I'd say it looks more like you climbed down from the top bunk bed, not the stand. Haha
 
Congrats man! Sounds like life has been good! Also, that would be considered a monster buck here in Vt.
 
Congrats @PEEJAY !! The little ones are the best. We have full on fist fights (kind of kidding) to see who can come scout with me in the off season. Between my 4 Yearold princess and her 6 year old brother. This year the 2 year old brother will be in on some trips too
