If my dude stampedes a herd of rosivelt elk and litteraly has to run with the bulls to keep up with the Herd hurtling blowdown in an old growth forest with trees and logs the size of cars ,narnia plants that reach out and grab you ,slam you to the ground and beats you,in brush that swallows hardened woodsmen every year.it would be dangerouse getting all that stuff hung up.

No offense to anyone or any company of course
Ive tried most all of them and my absolute favorite is the cruzr xc.
Im a big fella so i like it a bit bigger.
Trophyline makes a great saddle along with great equipment but, i got a ton of hip pinch
Tethrd is in my opinion made for little guys and on another note i honestly just don't trust tethrd products
Im no test dummy for any company lolI
Too many bugs with a-lot of their equipment
I am hearing through the grapevine and am not surprised at all that the beast gear may be coming out with a saddle. They have a small platform so im sure this rumor could be true.
if this is true im sure it will be made based on a guy that 6.4 and 225 lbs lmao.
Latitude saddles i have not tried but i hear are really nice.
Anything Hawk is in my opinion absolutely garbage
The xop renegade to me is or was made to provide severe hip pinch.
Just my 2 cents on some of the brands ive tried or have researched.
take your time and dont rush your decision.
try to find a few around your area which are saddle hunters. They will im sure meet up with you and let you try their equipment.

Come to the light, the JX3 tree saddle light..............
Don't be afraid, you will sit from dark to dark very comfortably, no fidgeting, be able to snooze when you want, no dreaded hip pinch, no back aches, you can shoot 360° around the tree with any weapon, bow or gun, no weak side shot.
No platform required, only a ROS, no sore feet, no knee pads required, no sore knees, no tired legs from leaning as you can sit all day, built in pack frame for carrying all your needs. No getting into “saddle shape” as your Lazy Boy at home does it for you. Buy once, cry once.
Come to the light, the JX3 light...........

Keep in mind out west a black treesaddle will look like a stranded treed bearcub from a mile away to a mountain lion, a mama bear,or bear hunter..everyone likes cruzr, but cruzr dont know camo.you would think that is the first step in hunting gear.

Im ready to incorporate a saddle into my tactics. I hunt areas some areas that i could benefit from getting up in the air. These areas are fairly open to completely open with travel routs through timber or stands of trees. Been hunting in Oregon all my life. Spot and stalk all from the ground. I am a certified rigger, climber and rescue/recovery for work but I'm used to full body harness and double lanyards with pelican hooks for towers and bridge super structures. I'm a average build 5'9" 170lbs with a 32" waist.. Most of my hunting will be in fairly warm late summer temps in Aug/Sep to late Oct/Nov. I dont plan on all day in the tree but i want a comfortable saddle. I have no way to test what fits me best because it's a nonexistent method out here. What are the best recommendations for brands to ponder for a saddle based on that? I do all my own rigging so rope, knots, carabiners, tethers/ lineman are accounted for. I would prefer made in the USA but not a deal breaker. Sorry for being so long winded. Thank you.
Sounds like you probably have some climbing equipment already. If you have a climbing harness that you are comfortable in it when suspended, you might want to try going up a tree with it using whatever climbing method you are comfortable with. See if you like the view and decide if you want to buy specialized saddle hunting equipment. There are many options, If you decide to invest in saddle equipment, I would suggest you look at two panel or expanding saddles as they offer more adjustability for comfort. Lots of good stuff on the market.

They filmed the goonies there to....what's ur point?
If an entire sheriffs department and the Army guard can’t find one man hiding in the trees and One eyed willie hid his treasure there for that long and only Chester Copperpot got close, than imagine how hard it is to hunt? Maybe that’s why the hunting pubics I mean public are scared to go there too.
