Cain method riggers belt

Anyone have suggestions of what Riggers belt they use for the cain method of climbing with the wild edge stepps? Looks like the easiest way to do it. Im just worried that the Riggers belts im seeing online are safe enough to be used for this method.

If you have a saddle you can add a loop or adjustable bridge to accomplish the same task without the addition of another belt.

thanks I purchased a kestrel Flex that has an adjustable bridge but It doesnt look like you would be able to get it tight enough to keep you standing straight up and hands free for this method.

Order a V-ring and put it on the waist belt on your saddle. I started with a riggers belt and ended up cutting the V-ring off and doing this. I also think a triangle quick link would work as well. @DanO sells the Kong. It would also double as a quick link for 1-sticking on a limby tree if that is a climbing method in your repertoire.

Thought I would revive this post. I've been using this Wilderness Tactical Instructor's belt: https://www.thewilderness.com/belts/original-instructor-belt/. Seems to do the job. Can anyone see why it would be a problem? Tests out to more than 5900lbs AND it holds my pants up. I just clip a locking biner in the triangle part of the buckle. BTW I use this locking biner from DMM. Prevents cross loading when you are shifting around. https://dmmclimbing.com/Products/Locking-Carabiners/Ceros.
