The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

Alright guys, scammers seem to have adopted a new tactic. There are two new users who have all but copied the name of a previous member here by putting a leading/trailing dot on his user name. They have also copied his avatar for use on their profile. Don't do any interactions with members .str_8_shot (leading dot) or Str_8_shot. (trailing dot) until we can take care of the issue.

The thing to watch out for with this new tactic is make double sure you're PMing with the real seller when exchanging Payment info.
As always its probably best to pay the additional fees and use Goods and Services when using paypal. IMO its just cheap insurance to help protect against scam situations.

Sry fellows, I feel awful if anyone got scammed off this fake account. Like I’ve stated I’ve been on ArcheryTalk for over 17yrs with this account users name, and over 200+ feedbacks. I’ve completed several purchases and sells up here also. I would never scam anyone!

I believe you're an unfortunate victim of circumstances that happened to have a for sale ad that met the criteria they were looking for in the right conditions and right time. Not your fault.
